Continuing a series of introductory meetings on "self-evaluation," aimed at spreading and instilling a culture of self-evaluation among administrative staff, the University's Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Dr. Yousef Obeidat, met with a number of administrative staff members from the Colleges of Fine Arts, Tourism and Hotels, Physical Education and Sports Sciences, as well as those from the Engineering, Production and Maintenance, Admissions and Registration, Finance, General Services, and Audit and Follow-up departments. During the meeting, Obeidat emphasized the importance of administrative staff being fully aware of the subject of self-evaluation, how to complete it, and its positive impact on their future work. This is especially true since the evaluation documents the efforts made by the employee during their tenure at the university.
