While touring the exhibition halls, Dr. Musa Rababa'a, accompanied by the Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Professor Ali Al-Rubaiat, and in the presence of delegations participating in the conference from Arab countries, along with a number of academics, administrators, and art enthusiasts, expressed his admiration for the outstanding level of excellence and creativity achieved by the students of the Faculty of Fine Arts. Attendees also expressed their admiration for the artworks presented and the high artistic level they reflected.
In this context, Dr. Mohammed Salem Bani Ahmed emphasized that the participation of students from the Department of Fine Arts at the College of Fine Arts stems from the college administration's commitment to active participation in all activities held by the university's colleges, with the aim of spreading the culture of art among faculty members and students. He added that it is necessary to encourage art students to participate by creating a supportive and stimulating environment, providing diverse opportunities for artistic expression and experimentation, engaging students in topics relevant to their interests, providing them with various materials and tools, and linking art to life and societal experiences.
This exhibition confirms Yarmouk University's pioneering role in fostering student creativity, supporting young talent, and enhancing the presence of art in the academic and cultural landscape. This is in line with its mission to instill the values of beauty and creativity, and to open broader horizons for students to express themselves and connect their art to societal issues and concerns.
