Opening of the art poster exhibition for Fine Arts students at Yarmouk University, entitled "Innovation in Integrity."

Under the patronage of Yarmouk University Acting President Dr. Musa Rababa'ah, and in the presence of Amjad Narmouk, Secretary General of the Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission, the art poster exhibition for students of the Fine Arts Department at the College of Fine Arts was inaugurated on Thursday, August 28, 2025, in the main hall of the Conference and Seminars Building. The exhibition, titled "Innovation in Integrity," was organized in collaboration between the University's Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation and the Innovation and Training Center at the Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission. The exhibition featured 62 artworks created by students from the department under the supervision of Dr. Mohammed Salem Bani Ahmed. The artworks reflected a diversity of ideas and artistic styles that embodied issues of integrity, transparency, and anti-corruption.
During the opening tour, Dr. Rababa'ah and Secretary General Narmouk listened to explanations from the participating students about their works. Narmouk praised the high artistic quality of the artworks and the students' creative ability to employ art as an effective means of spreading a culture of integrity and combating corruption. He emphasized the importance of the role of university institutions in instilling these values ​​among students. This exhibition is part of an educational initiative implemented by fine arts students as part of a course. The aim is to employ artistic creativity to address corruption issues, raise community awareness of its dangers, and emphasize the role of art as a tool for education and social change. The participating works addressed various topics, such as administrative corruption, bribery, favoritism, tax evasion, abuse of power, and theft of public funds, in addition to highlighting the values ​​of transparency and accountability.
Exhibition supervisor Dr. Mohammad Salem Bani Ahmad emphasized that Jordanian universities have a pivotal role in instilling the principles of integrity and combating corruption by building an institutional culture based on ethics and good governance and developing awareness and education programs. He emphasized that the partnership between the university and the Commission embodies a shared national responsibility to combat corruption and promote the values ​​of justice, equality, and the rule of law.
It is worth noting that the exhibition witnessed a large turnout from university students, faculty and administrative staff, and members of the local community, who praised the importance of this artistic initiative in supporting national efforts to combat corruption and consolidate integrity as an intrinsic value in building society.

The Department of Fine Arts was founded at the beginning of the academic year 80/81 in the sections of the Faculty of Arts and remained in the Departments of Education and Arts, which was established in the academic year 88/89. In 2000 year, the department became a College of Fine Arts .
